Every room in Gruham Living Space is of the same size and perfectly suitable for two people.

Month Rent 13000 ruppes for two sharing

• One month notice has to be given before vaccating.
•  One thousand will be charged for maintenance in the security deposit and 4k will be returned back.
• We don’t have check outs in between the month.The cycle of the rent will only be calculated from 1st to 30th.
• No separate hidden charges.
• Our tariff includes food 3 times a day and we do not have rooms without food.
• All our rooms are Non Ac and we do not have Ac rooms.
• We do not believe in lock in periods as we feel our services should make the guest comfortable rather forcing him/her to stay even when he is not liking it.
